Tasting Notes: Medium bodied Pinot exhibits bright fruit notes of raspberry and strawberry, characters of fresh flowers and spice, and a touch of subtle French oak.
Food Pairing: Seared wild salmon, a perfectly roasted chicken, or crispy sweetbreads.
The Gamla Pinot Noir is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in cool, high-altitude vineyards on the northern Golan Heights. The wine aged in French oak barrels for six months. The Gamla Pinot Noir is great to drink now, and will remain in excellent drinking condition for about four years from harvest.
