Gamla Brut is made from equal parts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The wine is produced strictly according to the traditional method, including pressing of whole clusters and secondary fermentation in the bottle, with each bottle aging for a minimum of twelve months prior to disgorging. Ready to enjoy now, we recommend drinking Gamla Nature Brut within a couple of years of release.
