Goose Bay Chardonnay is made in very limited quantities from low yielding, high acid clones. The long, cool growing season and clay soils have contributed incredible crisp citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Aging on the lees in both French and American oak provide nicely balanced vanilla and toast nuances. Serve with a wide range of fish, meats, and cheeses. Aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla oak and a bit of other interesting funky chardonnay characteristics. Enjoy with full flavoured fish, veal and chicken.
