 Hanukah, the festival of light, was celebrated this year with candle lighting at Westfield Pagewood shopping centre, Franklins St Ives, Franklins Rosebay and Eastgate Shopping centre, with Eskal being a major sponsor. We sampled our Eskal Potato Pancake mix to the great enjoyment of many.
