This full bodied blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex and rich wine. With deep garnet color and soft lingering flavors, it offers rich cherry, raspberry, plum and vanilla characters. The palate is well structured with soft tannins typical of bigger wines. Enjoy it now or will develop further with bottle age.
Chardonnay – 13 % alc. – 750 ml – Mevushal
The wine has a clean tropical fruit nose with good natural acids supporting a creamy texture of oak derived vanilla butter. It exhibits distinctive regional flavours of melon, fig, and white peach and is a long lived wine of the highest quality. The full bodied wine has an attractive complexity all the way to the end.
Shiraz Reserve – 13.5 % alc. – 750 ml – Mevushal
This full bodied Shiraz offers lively cherry and blackberry characteristics on the nose. The rich pepper influences are supported by fine tannins and a harmonious blend of new French oak maturation. Cellar with confidence.
Cabernet Shiraz Merlot Reserve – 13.5 % alc. – 750 ml – Mevushal
60 % Cabernet 20 % Shiraz 20 % Merlot. This full bodied blend offers rich cherry, raspberry, plum and vanilla characters. The palate is well structured with soft tannins, the blend is supported by French Oak influences.
